Tasks and activities

  • Answering calls and responding to e-mails
  • Following prescribed processes (e.g. Rebooking, Cancellation, Schedule change, Name change, Luggage, Meals and Seats, Insurance, Monitor automated ticketing process) and handling other customer requests
  • Providing customers with all requested and relevant information
  • Cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues
  • Providing e-ticket confirmations to customers
