Team / organisation unit description

Do you enjoy Contact Center engineering work and possess both deep and wide expertise in Genesys environment space? How about working for a global team where you will play a key role in performing Global Genesys system expansion, design, support and catching the latest multichannel based Contact Center trends?
 
We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer (Genesys), based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of a team who is responsible for Contact Centers engineering around the globe, deals with global carriers to connect inbound and outbound services to cover customers in all 200+ countries. Implements multichannel access to expand the Contact Center reach and IVR services. Optimizes call routing to deliver the best customer experience. Works with cross functional teams on the projects to launch new services or transform existing to align with changing regulations, business needs and optimization strategies.


Tasks and activities

Plans, designs, documents, and engineer Genesys solutions for projects|
Identifies and evaluates new technology for updating equipment, adding capabilities and enhancing existing systems|
Recommends optimal enterprise communication systems solution to meet business needs|
Performs on-call support|
Works Genesys tickets|
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

8+ years designing or administrating call center environments with demonstrated in-depth Genesys mastery|
3+ years’ experience in Genesys reporting; Infomart, Interactive Insights and Pulse|
Strong background in Call Center Engineering and Architecture|
Working knowledge of CMS|
Good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills|
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience|
Fluency in English|
Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
