Team / organisation unit description


Tasks and activities

  • Managing a team of Business Analysts
  • Execute EMEA Sector Finance Reporting and Analysis processes in accordance with Sector FP&A CoE Operating Model
  • Delivering high level of customer service, customer satisfaction, and performance targets
  • Driving cross-functional process improvement initiatives including knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Being the first point of contact for Sector Business analysis team and Sector/Cluster Controlling Teams
  • Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and review of Financial Reports and analyses to properly recognize unusual transactions, trends, or variations and communicate and explain findings to Sector/Cluster Controlling Teams
  • Problem resolution and managing complex client issues
  • Responsible for delivering regular Financial Reports and Analyses
  • Responsible for developing business analysis and controlling services. Ensuring development of and availability of talent
  • Ensuring services are of high quality and compliant with Electrolux standards

Additional requirements (certifications, special knowledge, software etc.)

  • 5+ years of financial related experience with a focus on financial reporting, analysis, and planning
  • 2+ years of experience in middle management role including people management
  • Business controlling experience is required
  • Very good knowledge of financial accounting and management reporting principles, activities and processes. Understanding of the Shared Service concept and processes is preferable
  • Computer proficiency in complex aspects of financial software packages, including SAP, BI, MS Office and other ERP is advantageous
  • Excellent English in speech and writing
  • Analytical and problem solving skills and critical thinking
  • Ability to communicate and influence others effectively in the international environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
