Team / organisation unit description

Tasks and activities

  • Responsible for the delivery of HR- and benefits administration including leave and absence management for BeNeLux region
  • Handling inquiries of employee and managers regarding HR company policies and practices, benefits and payroll
  • Provide administrative support based on work request from HR Business Partner/Generalist and colleagues
  • including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment and other documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle
  • Supporting with the payroll processes, including payroll transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting
  • Maintain employee files ensuring all necessary documentation is securely filed

Additional requirements (certifications, special knowledge, software etc.)

  • English and Dutch verbal and written communication skills, advanced French language skills – will be an asset
  • Strong analytical skills, accurate and a close attention to details
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
