Team / organisation unit description

Tasks and activities

  • Being Subject matter expert for digital solutions (web / mobile apps, digital assets)
  • Work closely with Regional IT on digital initiatives requiring software development/ IT infrastructure/IT support
  • Being a contact point to Business / 2nd level support for Online Issues on transactional sites for marketing, back office, and IT
  • Support with collecting requirements / business analysis for different digital projects, support of solution testing, user acceptance tests, bug fixes and new functionalities
  • Support functional review and feature-set administration of transactional sites Manage projects related to digital experience (supporting development and implementation of new online / mobile assets, as well as change requests for existing ones)
  • Execute User Acceptance Tests for respective markets
  • Identify duplicate and impacting functional requirements originating from sub-regions and help moderate the development of cross-regional solutions
  • Provide Post-Implementation support to business units for digital platforms
  • Utilize data from online and offline sources to inform the strategic direction of digital initiatives
  • Perform analyses and interpretation, guidance, and recommendations to aid decision making and inform business planning
  • Stay current on digital marketing and ecommerce trends, research and evaluate market opportunities and customer behavior to increase online revenue contribution and satisfaction

Additional requirements (certifications, special knowledge, software etc.)

  • 2-3+ years digital experience / Digital Native ideally experience in digital department of international company
  • Project Management Skills
  • Strong understanding of and experience with eBusiness
  • Understanding of technical procedures (such as UAT, Deployment, SLA, staging and production systems etc.)
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Ability to work in a sometimes highly technical environment, and ability to adopt new technologies quickly
  • Experience in dealing with Digital Agencies will be an asset
  • Dynamic person with track record of delivering results and making change happen
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Experience with Adobe Digital platforms is a strong benefit
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and in different cultural environments
  • Excellent English language skills
