Team / organisation unit description

Tasks and activities

  • Primarily responsible for applying cash receipts to the correct invoices within AR (Accounts Receivable) ledgers
  • Daily balancing of cash receipts
  • Preparing journal entries and inputting GL (General Ledger) information each month
  • Account reconciliation
  • Investigating misapplied cash
  • Auditing, reconciling and correcting rejected payments
  • Maintenance of records for auditing purposes (filling remittances, bank statements etc.)
  • Close cooperation with Credit Specialists
  • Other back office duties



Secondary education in progress

Experience in this profession

Additional requirements (certifications, special knowledge, software etc.)

  • Very good knowledge of French
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Work experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Finance or Economics will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail and great organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit
