Job title

Account Manager with French for a leading Digital Business Platform in Sofia (Bulgaria)

Team / organisation unit description

We are searching for a high-energy, self-motivated Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding sales team. Our client is a leading enterprise open-source software company focused on driving the convergence of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) to advance the flow of digital business. Ideal candidate will possess excellent language, strong communication skills, out of the box thinking, along with prospecting sales experience.

Tasks and activities

  • Nurture, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities via phone and email
  • Research accounts prior to first contact to understand the prospect needs
  • Educate the prospect on the benefits of the platform
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects
  • Identify opportunities to hand-off to the Account Executive for further follow-up
  • Manage leads trough the defined process and responsible for meeting the metrics and assigned goals

  • Fluent command of French – native or near-native level
  • Good level in English language
  • Prospecting sales experience within a technology company
  • Reasonable knowledge of the IT industry
  • Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual
  • Experience working with Financial Institutions is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria (Sofia)
