About the company

Our shared service center was established in 2011 and operates from Poznan. We focus on working more efficiently with transactional services in the fields of Finance and HR across IKEA Group – doing it in one common and standardized way. 

We assist the core business of IKEA in many countries, as providing effective support to the business allows our colleagues to focus on what is most important - meeting IKEA customers. 

Currently, there are more than 300 specialists employed in IKEA BSC who combine their professional competence with passion for IKEA products. As we provide services to more and more countries, our organization grows as well as its diversity – at the moment our coworkers are from 15 different countries who all together speak 20 languages. 

IKEA BSC reflects a key part of IKEA’s philosophy – we cooperate with other IKEA companies to ensure expected results whilst saving energy and resources!

The teams are great, most co-workers are friendly and will help you out. Good pay for the job - great perks (yearly bonuses in line with the store's performance), very cheap food and drink at the great co-worker restaurant, loyalty is well-rewarded.
