Alexander Mann Solutions Poland started its operations in 2005, its Global Service Centre in Krakow works with a large number of clients from the UK, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, among others. The number of employees has grown significantly from just 5 people in 2005 to over 700 employees in 2014.
Comprehensive action in the area of human resources, supporting the professional development of employees and focusing attention on the wellbeing has resulted in AMS Poland receiving the prestigious Investor in Human Capital prize, awarded by the Foundation for Management Observatory under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
In 2013, AMS received awards in two categories - "Best Employer of the Year - BPO / Outsourcing" and "Best BPO Company of the Year" awarded during the Poland Outsourcing and Shared Services Awards Gala.
